Mystic's Tarot & Oracle Cards (MTOC) 
​Quick Start Guide

Welcome and thank you for being here.

The  MTOC consist of two domains: 22 Trumps and 16 Oracle cards.
​
The two domains are woven together in two ways:

  1. by the Eight Sacred Families,* the members of which are called "kin cards" 
  2. Numerically, connecting the cards within and between domains, called "Interlacements."

*Every card is sorted into a "family" and has multiple Interlacement connection.

There is a page for every card. Each page
​
  • Shows the card face
  • Describes the card details
  • Shares how I currently feel its meaning
  • Shows the Sacred Family of the card and its description
  • Lists all the Interlacements of the card
  • Has an "If you draw this card" section
  • Has a "Questions you might ask" section
    ​

Using the Guidebook

So you don't have to skip back and forth between pages to read the descriptions of the Families and Interlacements and find out what the family's kin cards are, each pages shares some of the same things:

  • Description of the Sacred Family and how I currently understand that family
  • A list of the kin cards belonging to that family
  • Possible questions you might pose in light of the kin cards
  • A list of the Interlacements
  • Possible questions you might pose in light of the Interlacements
