Eco-anxiety and eco-grief are experienced by millions because of the emotional bond that exists between humans and the Earth. Ecopsychology connects ecology, the human psyche, and sustainability to do more than heal you but to support you in helping to heal society, and, thus, the Earth. This healing comes from strengthening and finding meaningful and important ways to express that bond.

​Applying a "fix" usually doesn't work because solutions are processes that need time to unfold and take hold.

Is your interest piqued but you need to know more about where I'm coming from?

Fair enough. Here is more. I spent the better part of my life wondering who, what, how, when?

​A kind of jack of all trades, I was a recording artist in my youth; then a business owner; then a peer-counselor. I taught a form of peer-support. I taught shadow work and Reiki. I took training as a life coach. Later, I found the Tarot. More accurately, it found me. In addition, I've always been a writer and am also an occasional painter and poet.

I didn't want people to think I'm crazy

Feeling pulled in so many direction, I'd say, "I just have too many interests." But I found out that the reason things weren't coming together for me had nothing to do with that: nothing ever felt right for long because my work didn't center on my reality as a mystic -- experiencing the divine in a direct and practical way. Honestly, it seemed too audacious to claim.

For fear of seeming outlandish, I also didn't claim my panpsychic view of the universe, my witchiness (hedgewitch, here), and my psychic abilities. Once I owned who I am, it almost didn't matter what I did, it all worked.

​I decided to have the courage of my own convictions

At some point, I had enough. Did anyone really care about who I am or who I'm not? No. I was simply insecure. People are busy. Not too busy to judge you in passing, mind you, but attention spans are short.

Now that my purpose is clear, everything keeps falling into place, and keeps feeling right, as long as I'm connected and in alignment with the divine as I understand without hiding it from the world.

​As a result of understanding what unifies me, I am able to use my various trainings to help others claim who they truly are and live in alignment with their true self and purpose.

It's easier to see someone else's problems than your own

In almost every session, clients tell me their life purpose in the first 5 minutes without even noticing it. But I listen carefully for what is usually cloaked as the thing they aren't supposed to do or can't do for one reason or another.​
​​No one does it alone, no matter how it looks from the outside

I've found that courage is an important factor in creating your authentic life. Confidence and passion are two others. But so often, that's not enough. Where do you get the courage, confidence, passion? Where do you get clarity? That's where working with a coach comes in because sometimes you can't do it alone.

And you don't have to. Using my various trainings, psychic abilities, and connection with the divine, you get my expert support, extremely attentive listening, and tailored practical steps and tools to help you manifest your truth.

Whether spiritual-not-religious, practicing one of the major religious traditions and teachings, neo-pagan, witchy, or wiccan, the ideal way to connect with the divine is encoded within your soul and spirit in the same way the code for an entire tree is embedded in a single seed. Working together, we nurture this seed and grow it into its beautiful fullness. 

That said, you don't need to be spiritual or believe in a higher power, etc. All the tools still work.

Spiritual Direction is about helping you go deeper into your spirituality in the way that is authentic for you. It is a practice found in many faith traditions such as Sufism, Buddhism, Christianity, Hinduism, Judaism and others.

As we work together, our souls and spirit gently connect, creating a safe and sacred space in which your innate wisdom and divine creativity well up and reveal what you need to know right now to become aligned with your highest truth.

My spirituality is that of the mystic. Rather than having been informed by religious doctrine, it has been shaped by my life-long direct experiences with the divine. This means divine guidance comes through in the most natural way to be in service of both our highest good. 
Yes it is. I am divinely guided. And so are you. 
In our sessions, divine guidance will come through each of us. This guidance will show how to be in service of your highest good.
