I began this journey with sustained intentionality about two decades ago. Like everyone else, I had reasons, excuses, fears, and obstacles that complicated my Hero's Journey. I took classes, read and wrote books, became a certified life coach, peer counselor, workshop developer, Reiki master, and modern Tarot guide. It helped uncover one of my biggest blind-spots: The helping you create the life you desire is an undeniable part of my Soul Journey.
Because my own complicated journey succeeded, I know for a fact that it's never too late and never impossible for you to succeed on yours. In our sessions, you'll learn the tools and techniques and gain the insights you need. I'll guide you in developing the tailor-made actions steps that will help you get over the hurdles that are stopping you now.
I draw on many influences: Carl R. Rogers, the pioneer of humanistic psychology. The mystic Mother Julian of Norwich. Carl Jung, Brene Brown, Joseph Campbell, bell hooks, Terry Tempest Williams. Neil Donald Walsch, Deepak Chopra, Octavia Butler, Mirabai Starr, Adrienne Maree Brown and Mary Oliver.
I approach our work together with the knowing that you already have within you what it takes to live a life in alignment with your deepest values. It's a great and humbling privilege to help you tap into this knowledge and teach you the tools with which you will create it.

Henry asks the right questions. My own answers are somehow always what I most needed to hear. It's really true like Henry says that the answers are within me. But without the right questions, I wouldn't be able to give them. Henry is so intuitive, or maybe it's just that they're massively skilled. Or both. Their knowledge seems so broad that I never feel like our session is too heart-centered, too intellectual, or too spiritual. They build a bridge between all of those. The word that's overused but really applies her is: holistic.
