Imagine talking to that friend or mentor who really listens. They never make you feel ridiculous or embarrassed. You feel safe and comfortable around them and can talk about what's important to you. And they put your sometimes jumbled ideas and worries into contexts that make things become surprisingly clear.

That's what it's like to work with me. Additionally, I'm also a highly trained and experienced life coach, Reiki master, Wise Peer, and tarot reader, working with many modalities (see below). And I am divinely guided, yet completely undogmatic. I may also be a psychic--my mother was--but to me, it doesn't feel like I'm "doing" it. It feels like the divine is simply guiding me and I get out of the way and let it.

My Modalities
Even if you don't see spelled out here what you want to work on, I can likely help you because I draw on many different modalities to create a mix that works exactly right for you.
- I'm a certified transformational life coach with hundreds of hours of in-person training and experience with clients.
- My coaching draws on a huge palette, from texts about narrative psychology, dialogic therapy, to embodiment practices, Reiki, grounding, and visualization, and more, as works best for you.
- I've developed a form of non-violent communication, Wise Listening, that comes into play.
- As a follower of Carl Jung, I draw on intuition, symbolism, and the idea of the supra-conscious (the consciousness that connects all life).
- Being a huge fan of the American philosopher, Joseph Campbell, I have undertaken my own Hero's Journey and can help you with yours.
- As a close reader of Joseph Campbell and Carl Rogers, I am utterly client-centered--I believe you have all the wisdom already within you; I give you tools that allow you to tap into that wisdom.
- As a follower of Brene Brown, belle hooks, and Mirabai Starr, I bring a love-centered naturalistic spirituality that allows intuitiveness and divine connection (though this doesn't require that you are spiritual :) that allows me to step around my own ego to be purely in service to your highest good.
And, lastly, in our sessions, there may be some tears as you face the old, entrenched things that keep getting in your way. With sensitivity, compassion and humor (where appropriate), we'll get over the rough spots. And along the way, we'll celebrate the strides you're making in creating the life experience you desire.
