About the Creator of the Cards
Dear Friend,
Thank you for buying The Mystic's Tarot & Oracle Cards. Welcome to our family.
Seven years ago, I began thinking about creating my own Tarot cards when I couldn't find a deck that, for me, felt inclusive enough. I longed to work with cards that centered human people of varying abilities, sizes, ages, races, and cultures and also the personhood of beings in the more-than-human world-- what we call “flora and fauna.” I longed for cards that also honored Mama Gaia as a person. I had a feeling I wasn't alone.
Making these cards was a labor of love born from a deep love for this yummy and divine world.
Along the way, I imagined you receiving them and holding them like jewels in your hands.
As I worked with each card, I asked myself two questions: Would I want to spend many years with the being it centered? Does every element on the card feel true?
I wanted the cards to express what mystical experiences have always shown me: that all of life is sentient and soulful and lovingly engages with each other in divine connection in this glorious web of life.
My purpose in this world is to love it. I do that in part by offering my unconditional love & support to help you crystallize & fulfill your soul’s purpose, whether through these cards and/or by helping you in my capacity as life coach, ecotherapist, Tarotist, and metaphysical guide and healer.
I'm also a writer and I'm nonbinary.
