Thanks for stopping by to learn more about the legal copyright of the
Mystic's Tarot & Oracle (TM) deck.
How it works:
Please don't let the legal limits undermine your enjoyment of the cards; you bought them to have the experience of doing readings with them.
I put my whole heart into each design to convey just what the cards mean to me and how they may bring you a deeper understanding and connection with your divine self on your life journey.
I've been mulling making a deck since 2015. I made each card with love, between 2020 and 2022. It was a lot of work, especially formatting everything perfectly for the print shop But I enjoyed the journey immensely. I often felt divinely guided and I allowed the process the space so the cards could become who they were meant to be. I'm so happy with how they came out. I hope they will bring you huge amounts of joy and that you will be happy doing readings with them. As you hold and work with the cards, see if you can feel the love I poured into them, as I imagined the pleasure you might get from working with them.
Please feel free to share the joy! It's OK to snap a picture taken at an angle of a spread or a card. If you record yourself doing a reading, it's OK if parts of the cards are a little bit visible. That doesn't count as a reproduction. A reproduction is if you create a physical or digital copy of the cards that looks exactly like the cards.
I designed the Mystic's Tarot & Oracle deck with Canva.com under the special copyright license Canva grants to subscribers of their service. While I hold all copyrights of the design, Canva does not allow me to pass that copyright on to you. So please do not copy the cards. Don't take pictures of them to post on your website, unless it is part of an article or a review (and thank you!) and then no more than one or two cards from the deck. Don't make videos of doing readings with them that display the cards squarely to the camera or post those videos on places like YouTube or social media. If you have any doubts or questions, speak to a legal professional who specializes in copyright law. And that's it.
Thank you, friend! I appreciate you reading this notice and getting informed about copyright law :).
Love & Blessings, Henry.
