Private Use

Thank you for purchasing the MTOC. I felt divinely guided in creating these cards and enjoyed the journey immensely. I hope you can feel some of it as you engage with the cards.

Please feel free to share the joy.
And also know there are some limitations. These limitations are put on these cards by Canva.com with which I created them.

It’s OK to share snapshots with friends, but make sure that you don’t take them head on, but from a slightly angled side view so they can’t be reproduced and turned into usable cards. For that same reason, if you’re familiar with processing images for print and the web, please make sure they are low-resolution (low-res) images of 72 DPI or PPI or lower, and no more than 3 inches on their longest side.

Public Use

I designed the Mystic's Tarot & Oracle Cards with Canva.com under the special copyright license Canva grants to subscribers, like myself, to their service. While I hold all copyrights of the design, Canva does not allow for this copyright to be passed on to you (this is actually true with any deck you might purchase). So, I'm asking nicely: please do not copy the cards. Don't take pictures of them to post on your website; don't make videos of doing readings; never post public videos; or displaying the MTOC in places like YouTube or social media, except as outlined below. To protect the individual, never publicly share cards that depict the face of a person.

Should you do any of those things, unfortunately, I am required to enforce the copyright in order to protect it because if I don't enforce it, I lose the right to enforce it.

What you're welcome to do

You are welcome to share cards of the MTOC

in your newsletter and on your blog. No more than one low-res image per newsletter (low-res prevents them from being enlarged by a reader for the purpose of reproduction).
in your promotional video, showing you doing a reading as long as the cards appear only briefly and are filmed at an angle and not in closeup
in client recordings as long as the cards are shown at an angle and not in closeup.
in other promotional materials as long as you show them partially, at an angle, low-res, no more than 3 inches on their longest side, and no more than one (1) image per promotional piece.

Legally, the Tarot is considered an entertainment only. In the event you make decisions, or aid someone else to make decisions, based on the use of the Mystic's Tarot & Oracle Cards, the creator assumes no responsibility or liability for your experiences, actions, and their outcomes.

This entire legal notice is in addition to the legal notice included in every set of cards. Nothing here can preempt or supersede any of the statements in that legal notice. Nothing stated in the legal notice included with every deck can preempt or supersede anything stated in the legal notice on this page. Should there be a contradiction, the notice most favorable to the copyright holder shall be in effect.
