Zoom
​Sessions and classes are conducted via Zoom. Once you sign up for a class or make an appointment, you will receive all the information & instructions needed to successfully use Zoom. ​
No Sales Tactics
Each session or class is complete as a stand-alone.

I will never pressure you to take other classes, or to purchase a large life coaching or Tarot guidance package, insisting that you need them for things to "really work."

You decide if you want to continue working with me and in what capacity. 
Number of Sessions or Classes
I will work with you for as long or as short as you want.

You will never be asked to enter a long-term contract to "really assure success." Even one session or 4-week course will make a profound difference. That said, I make available advanced classes you can decide to take.

Regarding session, if you want to set up several sessions, they are typically set  two weeks apart and available at a discount. If I feel that we have reached the end of what is possible for you out of our sessions, I will say so. I won't ever string you along. I will gladly offer referrals to other healers upon request.
Cancelation Policy
​Classes: Are non-refundable but you can transfer to a later class.
​
Sessions: Please cancel or reschedule 48-hours prior to your appointed time to give someone else the opportunity to take your time slot.
​In the event the cancellation is not timely, you will be assessed a $33 cancellation fee.

Coaching and Tarot guidance discount packages you decide to purchase are non-refundable.
Confidentiality
​Classes: Every participant is required to keep what transpires in class strictly confidential. That said, please keep in mind that confidentiality cannot entirely be guaranteed when many people participate together.

Sessions: Everything remains strictly confidential.
​This includes emails, session notes or recordings (only with your permission) and all parts of our sessions.

I adhere to the standards of ethics established by the International Association of Coaching, the American Tarot Association and the National Education Association.
